Here we are a week after starting our very first plants and they are starting to come up. This past Sunday we planted more Winterbor and Nash’s Green kale as well as a whole tray of red onions in 6-packs. The trays have been kept moist using a spray bottle every day or two. This week we will start feeding the new sprouts a mild mix of fertilizer.
